    I noticed there wasn't a similar thread (or at least I think I did), so I just did this. For anyone who is, like me, a not-so-good-artist, photoshopping already excellent artworks to create a new image is the best solution.

    Therefore, I encourage all to do similar things, I have done at least one for now:

    Darth Bane:

    Usin Darth Maul from "Visionaries" (top) and his cloak from "Darth Maul", to create a very angry Sith Lord, which I believe embodies Darth Bane.

    Nice work, Sauron_18. A number of people do the same thing. A lot of my earlier work was photomanipulation. I have been practicing drawing and working with various animation programs, so I have been getting away from the photomanips.

    You did a really good job cutting and pasting and blending all the components together.

    Keep up the good work.

    I believe the rules are that as long as you don't try to take credit for original artwork, you're safe.

    Thanks for the comments! :D

    This is using the famous Nom Anor Artwork that depicts the "Crimson Empire" one (it's not IN the comic, but it was made by one of those who are official artists and all).

    So again, I take no credit for the actual art, just for a bit of photoshopping:

    I didn't do as much to this one as the other one, but I wanted to see the armor more completely.

    I recently altered a few artworks and screencaps to look like our evil Muun, Darth Plagueis:

    Hi all
    I'm glad I found this thread. I've got a photoshopped picture I did of a concept drawing. I think it was originally supposed to be an alien from Utapau. Maybe it was Assaj Ventress or something, but I'm pretty sure it was an Utapuan.

    Here's the original picture:

    [image=http://server2.uploadit.org/files/corbinspics8-Utapaunfemale.JPG]

    Here it is after I messed with it a little to make the face more "Utapuan", as well as changing the clothes a little and adding a lightsaber (which I own an actual machined version of). I also gave her Utapuan ears.

    [image=http://server2.uploadit.org/files/corbinspics8-MaiYuunwallpaper2.JPG]

    The character is for a story I'm writing, where a female Utapuan Padawan named Mai-Yuun survives Order 66 and ends up becoming a mentor to a young boy named Corbin (that's me [face_mischief] ).

    I'm actually trying to find someone that can replicate the look of this picture to make a few other poses for me of this character. If anyone knows of an artist that has a similar drawing style, please let me know.

    Thanks
