Buff, NY Picnic and thanks for the pm'd get wells...

I'm feeling better, still stiff and sore but I'm not hunched over so I guess the treatment's working.
I have to do this two more times, once every two weeks. But I've been told it works for most people
with back injuries. So we'll see.....

As to the picnic, it's still on! (Rose Garden behind Albright Knox Art Museum from 11 -2 pm) So
far I've gotten a headcount of 10 here and 6 from Serpents Vine, plus my four, so a nice sized
picnic. Of course you are more than welcome to show up, I just wanted to know a number so
I'd know if I needed any extra supplies.

If you come please bring a cup you can wash at home (I'm trying to cut back on waste), and if
you bring more than yourself please try to bring a blanket. I'll have three but it'll help if there
were a couple more.

Don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing...
Stopped using the cane the night before and no
back brace for that day, but boy did I pay for it
later that night.
It was so nice of you to come and Sam actually
missed Naomi when we left. She'd been under
the impression we were going to be there all
day.

 

So was I, or else I would've eaten something... LOL!!
