Any other pinball fans out there? I never play video games in the arcade anymore, but a good pinball machine can still seperate me from a handful of quarters. Unless of course they want 50 cents a pop, that's just ridiculous.

The best pinball game ever, obviously is Star Wars.

I've spent I don't know how much time and money trying to shoot the death star, and light Yoda. And there's no greater feeling than hitting the double jackpot and hearing Han say, "Great shot, that was one in a million!"

Another pinball game I absolutely love is "The Who's Tommy".

    Just a classic.

It's a shame pinball isn't a popular as it used to be. I love a good pinball machine.

I used to love Pinball too. I remember when I first saw the SW version, I was in heaven. I was in the 4th grade and I came across the game after seeing a movie in the theater's arcade. Ended up making my dad stay the whole night watching me play. Hours later I had the high score.

I was on a ferry once and I was checking out the arcade. They had one called INdependence Day (movie :) ). I just pulled that ballshooting thing and out came a ball! I got a free game! So I played for a while and got lotsa points. I had like, 3 balls. It was weird.

They also made a Phantom Menace pinball machine.

It was one of those cool "hologram" ones where the ball disappears into a video hologram. The only time I ever got to play it was just at some totally random truckstop. I remember it was really late, like two in the morning, and myself and a few friends were on our way back home from Seattle. None of us had slept and we still had about an hour's drive to go, so needless to say we were all a bit anxious, and in a hurry to get home. But when me and my friend Shawn saw that game, there was no controlling us. We must have been there an hour... much to the dismay of my friend Mark, who was the one driving.
