i was raised on Pink Floyd*, but i've never had the opportunity to see them live.


(*as well as Black Sabbath, Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin, etc..)

 

It´s great to see another one start a Pink Floyd Appreciaten thread than myself

I´ve seen David Gilmour and Friends (P F from 1987 till today) twice, 1988 and 1994, and then I saw Roger Waters in the flesh two years ago.

Pink Floyd rocks. Hey You and Have a Cigar are two of my favortie songs.

 

What are your opinions on Echoes? I think that it is one of the most heavenly and heavy (with content and message) songs that I've ever heard.

ugh, that's the second time in as many days that i've mentioned that and made a link to their VH1 page..

i met Jana when she started dating Mark Pickerel, who was the original drummer for the Screaming Trees... in that picture on the website that i just linked to you can see my friend Mike (the one in the back on the right) who is helping me record my songs (he plays bass and guitar brilliantly)

anyway, enough name dropping.. where here to love up the genius that is Pink Floyd

You guys can download echoes using areslite. Come to think of it, you can "steal" just about any song using areslite.
