Pipes...

    Yes this maybe Redundant, but please help.

    What type of pipe, tube etc... or somthing that you can suggest to me that I can use for a Custom Lightsaber?

    For custom hardware sabers the most common is aluminum sink pipe found in the plumbing sections of Home Depot and Lowe's. That's what I used when I used to make hardware hilts.

    PVC piping can also be used, but, as this is not metal, it either needes to be painted or finished with metallic tape. I'd go for the aluminium though.

    I want somthing Metalic... Ill probably go with the aluminum sink pipe, but ill like to hear some more ideas.

    Sink pipe's what I used... but I've suggested tail pipe sections to people... not sure how well that't work.

    http://www.onlinemetals.com can get you any size aluminum pipe. They have tons of combinations of inner and outer diameter pipes.

    Lightsabers from the big yellow box have a tutorial for making sabers. In it they use sink pipe...i made one for a friend..and it came out great.
