YoungJedi, I went to the 3:45 showing at the Janss mall. This was perhaps a less-than-brilliant idea, mostly because there's a Toys 'R Us there. I did have an excuse: a coworker is expecting her first baby, and I had to get her something. But my pocketbook is suddenly lighter. (There was a Two Towers figurine set: Aragorn, Theoden, Gimli, Legolas, and Haldír, all reasonably well executed, the proportions between them perfect, etc. etc. But I can't start collecting LotR stuff; where the heck would I put it? So I resisted. Congratulate me.)

Pirates is still a good movie. What is it now, 10th week of release? and the Saturday afternoon matinee was significantly crowded, and there was applause at the end. Word must be getting around about the easter egg at the end, too, because almost a quarter of the theater stayed.

Ok, tomorrow it's going to be at 12:20pm or 3:30pm. Give me your input before the time is actually set.

If we do 12:20, we could some kind of brunch/lunch thing beforehand. Just let me know, I'm home alone tomorrow and open for anything.
