It was very crowded in the foyer.

I did see Lance and Chris out the back when they were handing me my free glass of whatever it was I drank but never got a chance to say hi.

I did notice the lone Jedi in fact I was standing right next to you

The movie in my opinion is definitely the best of the trilogy ( okay that is not saying much but I do mean that in a good way)

 

501st were out in force, funny with the mayor there, who was it that got their gun pointed down by Hubbard??

In my theatre, someone's cellphone started ringing with a loud polyphonic sound during Anakin's soul searching in the Jedi council. After we all had to line up to turn them in, people around the guy (who just left it ring) were getting really abusive.

I just can't wait to have the DVD so I can analyse every frame

 

Hey - same theatre, that was so annoying. I mean, first off taking a cellphone despite all the signs, then leaving it on - as if you would actually take a call in the middle of the film...

So much to take in, I can't wait to see it again tomorrow night But yeah, the dvd will be awesome, being able to analyse every scene a bit closer, there's just so much going on. And the extras of course. There was an item on the news tonight about cinemas (they mentioned Ep3) where they described seeing films at theatres to be just big advertising for dvds - that dvds make so much more than cinemas now days. Kinda interesting.

Neimhaille, I saw your costume - in person and on tv. Awesome job I wished I could have said hi, but I couldn't move from my post with the 501st.

 

Ah so that was you I recognised your costume (I'm absolutely terrible for faces, being shortsighted is my lame excuse) but realised you guys were all in guarding mode. Was that your sabre Jay was holding for some TVNZ footage?

Yeah I saw the tv3 footage.. oy... that search light thing mounted to the top of those cameras are the most unflattering things in the world!

I also tried finding people after the movie screened but couldn't so I hitched up the cloak and swept down the stairs (such a cool cloak for that.) The joy was marred by the dropping of my wee baggy as I put the cloak back on

Trust me... it's not so sweet to wear... specially 5 days in a row! My back is killing me! But the looks of some peoples faces does make it all worth while... and the fact that I can puncture any little b*stard who annoys me with my boots!

 

wish I had your boots tonight at hoyts, some twerps were poking my helmet lenses. ah well, I guess you gotta take that kinda stuff on the chin.

 

There's always some around dude.. it's the reason why there should always be un-costumed helpers to keep those types away, before we have to do something about them.

 

I'd just take a few thermal detonators with ya. Or just take them outside and beat the crap outta them. Either would work.

 

TK's could do the beating, the ABS armor would be able to take the most punishment. My Fett would most likely fall apart!!
