Playing KOTOR for the first time - does it hold up?

    To me, KOTOR 2 didn't have that same epic feeling that KOTOR 1 did. Both were amazing games though. I never played KOTOR 2 with the content mod, so maybe I need to give it another try.

    KOTOR is a better story. KOTOR2 is a better game.

    KOTOR is also available in the iTunes store for people who want to play it on a mobile platform (I haven't played it, so I can't comment on it's quality, but it's there).

    Both games are "must plays" in terms of Star Wars video games, and KOTOR is my second-favorite computer RPG of all time after Baldur's Gate 2. The engine is a bit dated, but let's face it: you're really not playing it for the combat system or the graphics. KOTOR holds up because it has everything that you need to have a great Star Wars game, courtesy of Bioware.

    KOTOR 1 and 2 are definitely the most wanted star wars games for.
