As stated in the "Since out leader has been away" post:

Officers must be elected by the majority of officers already in place, or placed there by the head of the organization. This will be done, if done, at the meeting, Sunday, 3pm, Eddie-Wan's house. Officers cannot be elected unless present, and officers may not cast an absentee ballot.
