Plugins in Blender 3D (2.0)

    I recently downloaded all of the Blender plugins from Blenderwars.com. The only one I can get to work is Head Creator, and even that, I can't figure out how to duplicate the head and rotate it so it will seamlessly join with the other half of the head.
    I am especially interested in the cloth simulator. Can anybody offer any advice?
    I have downloaded Python 2.2.
