    Coruscant City Street

    When the city streets shine
    I know I can find
    Some excitement in the air
    Attitude is we don't care

Dressed to kill and action set
We on the prow and you can bet
    it's Coruscant Saturday night
    Time to party all right

So many people here it's crazy
Drinks on my brain make me hazy
Gotta keep it clean away from sleaze
Don't want to get a big city disease

I've woke up with strangers one time a Wookie
I just brushed his hair and named him Pookie
Traffic flying by high and low
Always a new place to go

Dressed to kill and action set
We on the prow and you can bet
    it's Coruscant Saturday night
    Time to party all right

Boots clicking on the dance floor
Hitting the bars till a quarter to four
No other place I'd rather be
The planet that don't sleep is for me

I can't get enough I need more and more
I walk through the invitation only doors
If you're an anybody who know me well
Cash to spend and raising hell

When the night is done and my hangover in the past
I won't remember the first, middle, or last
of the many things I did on my parade
I will wipe my mouth, smile, and on with the charade

As I rally up another toast and stand on window's edge
Open my mind and body to another sledge
It's what I do best and I can't be beat
When I head out to party on the city Street

    Slumbered Heroes

Have I to see while trapped in sleep
Things so buried far and deep
Yet when in wake I cannot find
Still though breathing in my mind

    Secrets held for me untold
From myself to wait the bold
Hour in which I cannot flee
    From honest whisper's brutality

    Waiting 'tween the hemisphere
The dreaming canyon sealed so dear
Whose swallows mute their witching songs
Til time be sure my eyes are gone

The self so still in living death
Lest there maintains twin of breath
    Diamond webs trapping pearl
Where slumbered heroes feed and curl

    Good Ole Luke

Good ole Luke raised on a farm
Was a nice young man full of charm
Long golden hair bleached by the sun
Child of the prophecy chosen one

Drove a banged up speeder and lived in a hole
Didn't have no money but lots of soul
Fell in love with his sister when he saw her hologram
Obi could have told him, guess he didn't give a damn

He would defeat the Empire for a day
So unexpected it would turn out that way
The most he ever hoped for was to join up with his friends
But I guess you never know how your own story ends

One little dude with lots of heart
Took down a space station with a single dart
Turn the target scope off and shot it alone
Just like David downed a Giant with a single stone

The space station was a big bad killing machine
Had more fire power than you had ever seen
Crumbled Alderaan to a wad of dust
Where Luke was headed cause he knew he must

Now that's the kind of thing makes a big change of plan
But their ship was grabbed by an invisible hand
Drawn ever closer till they were sucked inside
Thank goodness the ship had places to hide

Where would they go, what would they do
Split up guys we got a job to do
Take down the tractor beam so we can flee
Rescue a Princess determined to be

The boss, the brains, the leader of the crew
Was for Solo a hard bone to chew
He never planned to get so involved
But problems made need problems solved

I'm sure he regretted taking the charter
He only wanted money not political martyr
Was supposed to be simple trip
If I were him I'd want a helluva tip

That's how it went down from what I'm told
The boy stepped up and got real bold
Luke shut the Empire down and that's the facts
Well at least three years until the Empire Strikes Back

Watto way to make a living

    It's not easy peddling junk
In my younger years I was quite a hunk
but now I resemble the things I peddle
It's all top notch junk, I never settle

I've heard all kinds of stories with shuck and jive
I will not drop the price, I have to survive
So please spare me your personal drama
I'm the kind of guy who would sell your mama

On the street 'hey Watto, you Watto, let's make a deal'
'Extend me some credit Watto' like what, for real?
I've been around and I only take cash
Just the sound of credit gives me a rash

No one likes me, but life has been hard
I've been called a sawed off winged tub of lard
Cause I'm about the taking and not the giving
Watto way to make a living

Hanging upside down from an ice ceiling
Gonna get my saber if the powers are willing
From all life surrounds me is the source
I'm gonna use the force of course

    Jawa nana

    Life with a restraining bolt
    Will make you feel short
Step past the boundary get a jolt
    You've been a bad sport

I smell the grease I wear the grime
    My eyes glow with fury
I'd love to rest can't find the time
    Everything is so blurry

Jawa nana on the hunt again
Jawa nana there is never an end
Sands do you listen while I lay my tracks
Jawa nana no refunds or take backs

    A shiny gold droid glistened
    Walking over sandy tide
    Fortune came down and christened
He was thumbing for a ride

    In the Jundland Canyon
    we were hunting food
    stumbled on goldy's companion
    Things were looking pretty good

    Over to the Lar's farm
    Swung them a deal
Sold the two like a charm
A day of fortune so real

    But now we're all dead
    Seems we stepped in muck
When we saw goldy, should have fled
    What a turn of luck

Jawa nana we were all gunned down
Jawa nana over the droids we found
Fortune you betrayed us with a mighty smack
Jawa nana no refund or take backs

    I Pressed Some Buttons

You can leave your tips on the coffee table
After I wipe away your drips
I rearranged your cupboard so you can read the labels
I won’t mention where you keep your chains and whips

Your room is sort of interesting
But nothing that excites me very well
As the previous one I was just doing
It’s a true story to tell

For six months now I have been room service
Scrubbing floors sometimes on my knees
It may not be five star but it will suffice
Here on the Death Star room service please

The previous chamber is one which I caution you
I was sort of surprised to have the key
It was the room of Lord Vader to be cleaned through
And I was surprised at what I would see

Taking a nap on the sofa, oh yes
Laying there stretched on his back
Was the Dark Sith ranked to be best
    All snoozing after his snack

I called his name twice and waved my hand
I could not tell if his eyes were shut
If he had spoken I guess I would have ran
And all he would have seen was my butt

But not a move, not a twitch
He was counting Jawas for sure
And that’s when I gained a horrible itch
    From a most tempting lure

I pressed the buttons on Darth Vader’s chest
I mean come on, don’t they look fun
I was a little shy with my first test
    So I only pressed one

It glowed a bit and I froze in place
    Curious to what would be
Nothing happened and I frowned my face
So I quickly then pressed another three

I heard a buzz and saw a flash
Then I heard a little tune
Then my fingers went on to mash
The buttons which were giving me a boon

I did even more in a weird design
A diamond almost as I recall
And his television came on at that time
Hey, I was on a ball

With a little press here and a little press there
A wall dispenser popped some corn
Another press and here comes his chair
Rolling to me like a living born

There was a large yellow button
I gave it a big old chop
    I panicked there immediately
    His breathing right then stopped

I hit the yellow once again
And the breathing was back once more
So I backed away with cautious chin
    And headed out the door
