This is going to be great!

 

I imagine a lot of will be going... but, it's been pretty depressing the last few years... and I can't really think of ways to make it better... ...

 

I know I am not looking forward to P22 at all. Neither was I last year and was able to squeek out a modest ok time but nothing like the TT years I went. Oh well they are dead so I dont think I am going this year at all. but we will see. baby coming and all I have to choose what cons to go to and I am still hoping for SFX

 

But but... you won't even come and see me and show me your latest achievement

 

I may come for the room parties, but I don't think I'll be able to make the con itself this year.

I may make only the Friday... seems unlikely for me to make it to Sunday... Not impossible... but I want to be with my girls... There is a chance I could sneek out for the Sat night...

 

Certainly doesn't seem to be a big event this year... maybe next year we can try for an actual FanForce table?

 

We need to plan well in advance so we can get stuff built and finished

 

Heck... even if it's just the two of us... I'd be happy Alex... doesn't have to be anything huge... just a small stage with some dancers and a few lights... maybe a magician...

 

so one week huh, If my daughter happens not to want to go to Wonderland that Saturday, I will show up Saturday only.

 

yeah i don't think i'll be going to this con. It was on one of my plans to attend but there really isn't anyone or anything there for me to go see. I think I may head down to london and visit my folks that weekend.

 

Sorry to hear you can not make it. I will be there with my droid. I also plan to work on my costumes while there

 

Jeannette and I are hoping to be there when it opens on Friday at 3pm...

EDIT:

We have run into some complications. Jeannette was bitten by a spider and the bite got infected. We have had to make daily trips to the doctor. Sadly we are going to have to pass on Polaris.

I'm also going to have to pass. I've got a deadline on a project that is going right down to the wire. The con is not as much of a concern as is the commute. Last time I bussed all the way out there it took me almost two hours each way.

I really wish they would start holding this thing in downtown.
