polarization

    i think its pretty safe to say both in america and the world at large there is some form of polarization (right?)...west vs east...liber vs conservative...

    is this soemthing new in history or is it a new phenomenom in this 21st century age

    Ther ehas always been conflicts of ideas/values but this is the first time in history the entire world has to choose between just 2, universal sides, for just about everything. Because of globalization.

    I don't really see the world any more polarized these days than it was at the height of the Cold War. And even then, it's probably less so.
