    No it won't. While you were gone a very strange alliance developed between Ender Sigh and I to push back against the rules banning serious discussion in the JCC. It ended up with a merger between the Senate, JCC, and Amphitheater into the single unified forum you see before you today. Though frankly I thought you were here for that development.

    In any case I will respond to Ava but it seems inappropriate to do it all in one post.

    This morning news broke that Trump had pulled out of the North Korea nuclear summit. He wrote a letter to Kim Jong-Un, which sounded presidential at first, until he once again bragged America's nukes are bigger and badder. And he prayed to God they'd never have to be used. Fine, except we know his track record and how much he's itching to use them.

    You could say that he keeps grabbing World War III by the you-know-what. And grabbing.

    He seemed focused on Syria so that he could overcompensate and prove to all his critics how little he cares about Russia or its friends. Grabbing.

    This makes me angrier than anything this administration has done so far.

    And if (general) your response is “b...bu...but if their parents weren’t trying to cross the border...”

    You are an ***hole of the highest order. Period. Nothing warrants this, other than the physical or verbal abuse of the child by the parent. Trying to escape one’s home country and cross the border with a child, even without documentation, does not come close to physical or verbal abuse.

    The abuse is at the hands of any federal agent who can dehumanize these people enough to rip a crying child away from its mother and send it away. I saw a comparison to ripping a piglet away from a sow, and how the agents have to be trained to see people this way in order to be able to do this.

    Disgusting and abhorrent does not even begin to cover it, and I hope whoever came up with this idea gets antibiotic-resistant infected hemorrhoids.
