I guess everything new will be better than previous...

But my favorite one is definately battle in ROTJ...space one...

 

My favourite moment from LucasFilm is the beginning of the Clone War at the end of Episode II.

as Gobi said, digital Yoda is probably the highlight for me, i also think that the geonosis battle was very well done, not to mention the pod race

 

The best shot is at the end of the Battle for Hoth,when that cargo ship is taking off in the background while Luke is getting into his x-wing,the cargo ship taking off is flawless.

I think the trench run in ANH is my favorite.

 

The trench run in ANH is my favourite too. I love the shot when the X-Wings enter the trench, and I'd kill to be able to see that in the cinema (yes, I'm one of the deprived few who's only seen the OT on video - I haven't even seen it in widescreen ).

Other moments I like are:

Pod race
Battle of Hoth
Battle of Endor
When the Ark is opened in Raiders
Asteroid Chase (ESB and AOTC)
Coruscant
Mine car chase

 

LOL, I wonder if someone has choices besides the Star Wars movies, maybe the subject of another thread.

From the originals I like the imperial walkers from ESB and the space battle in ROTJ. From the prequels, the Pod race and Coruscant night chase are my top picks.

But as far as the whole body of work some really standout moments are:

The water pseudopod from The Abyss.
McFly family at the table in Back to the future 2 (an amazing split screen job)
Many of the mechas (the secretary at the beginning and the nanny intro shot) and both NY flybys from, AI.
The bomb runs from Pearl Harbor.
First Imhotep.
The dinos from JP, in particular the first bronto scene.
Draco comiong out of the waterfall
Willow's morphs
Forrest Gump with the presidents
Vermitrax from Dragonslayer, especially the final battle
ST2 Murtara nebula battle

So many to choose from.
