The TK-421/Tikkes/Ahsoka/Fulcrum/Tessek conspiracy is the best theory of all
New Facts found through extensive research
*TK-421 is a fallen celestial, after battling the entire race himself, he was bested and banished to the GFFA, where he is now plotting his revenge.
*The Son isn't the son of The Father, he is the son of TK-421, this is obvious because Agent 5/The Inquisitor looks very similar to the Son, and Agent 5 is a servant of TK-421s other son Tikkes
*Yoda's Species are also in on the conspiracy and has been hidden from all knowledge by TK-421, Yaddle and Yoda where the only ones to question the beliefs of the planetwide TK-421 death cult
*Grievous is another servant of Tikkes, this can be proved by translating Grievous original name (Qymaen Jai Sheelal) in Celestial, which means ''Long Live TK-421''

I would think Tano, Leia or Bail being good candidates but there is little to go on- or some lower level characters like Cham, Lux or Saw seem obvious. But it could always be a less obvious choice out there.

Actually, I have a theory:

Immediately after Eddard's beheading, Grand Miester Pycelle took his head, and before the brain had a chance to die, performed a spell of dark magick that transported him and Ned's head across time space and reality. He ended up in the galaxy we all know and love.

He then put Ned's head in a stasis chamber to keep it alive while preparing an entirely cyborg body for him. When this was ready he attached Ned's head to the robot body, and thus was born the cyborg Fulcrum, formerly known as Eddard Stark. Some years later he would aid a small crew of rebels based out of Lothal by providing them info on Imperial movements.

While he was at it, Pycelle also made a clone of himself, because reasons. In honor of the fact that he had veered across the fabric of reality to arrive in the SWU, he named his clone Veers. Maximilian Veers. Years later, he would become one of Vader's generals.*

He also had a highly realistic synthflesh replica of Ned's head constructed, which he then took with him when he returned to GRRMworld. This was the spiked head that Joffrey forced Sansa to look at.

So there you have it.
