Now that @Darth_Tunick knows what polyamory is, I also should let him know the term was coined by a Californian who created a religion based on the book Stranger in a Strange Land. Anyone else have polamory fun facts for him?

There is a Showtime show called Polyamory. It's a fly on the wall doc type reality show. The people are, in general, really annoying and sometimes creepy. They don't talk like most people.

Instead of "you hurt me when you did this..."

It's more like "I'd really like it if we could be open an honest and discuss how my feeling were compromised when you did..."

They try and sound progressive, when they really aren't.

Still, is not as bad as The Real L Word.

Anybody heard about Polyfidelity? I read about it in a book about forgotten fads and flops, and it sounds like something that would've been created in California in the '60s/'70s, which it was.

 

Isn't that the same as the Big Love sort of set up?
