Portsmouth Meet: 9th December, 12:45 at Portsmouth & Southsea station

LOL! Although in experience you can normally spot the Star Wars fans from a mile off! In all seriousness, its a good point. Seeing as I haven't met anybody else here yet, I won't have any idea what the rest of you look like. I am going to see if I can post a link in my thread to a picture of me, so someone will hopefully recognise me on the day!

 

I'll be wearing a long black trench coat and I'll have a green record bag.

 

If you can come up with something that doesn't clash with a work do or something other in the future I'll try my best to be there.

Plus getting to Portsmouth for me will take a while, and I already spend abou £30 a week on train tickets to do my Uni course.

I'll be arriving 11:45, not 12:45 at the station (found a better train). is there anyone else who'd hang out with me while waiting for the rest?

I can also, as i should be in Portsmouth by 11.18, if the bus from Basingstoke to Winchester is not late.

I'll be waiting at the station from 11:20 then. I'll meet jac37a and get coffee from the nearby weatherspoons, and then go back to the station to meet marte at 11:45.

 

I can get there a bit earlier too as I will be in Pompey the whole weekend.

I've been thinking about where we'll be going for food. The weatherspoons might be nice but I'd like to try Walkabout, which isn't too far away.

 

Wetherspoons always do cheap and reasonable food but don't mind trying somewhere else.

Btw, I won't have access to my e-mail of the boards over the next couple of days so a couple of you who are going on Saturday have my mobile number. Can somebody text or ring me if there are any last minute changes please? Thanks.

I've just found out that I'm to meet people for the curry at 5. I could not go if this will cause problems.
