    but... you have to think of the time... labor... and all that darn cardboard...

    it would be awesome... but by the time you were done... you would hate the idea

    But it looks like cardboard.... Why would you want your set to look like that?

    i think hes more looking towards making "skeletons" of sets, then dressing them up to look more real

    I once got the crazy idea to try to build a life size EPIII Jedi Starfighter, complete with radio, computer readout and light-up buttons. I was gonna frame it out of steel pipe arc-welded together, then skinned with riveted sheet metal. I was gonna give it a blue paint scheme and do the windows out of clear plastic sheets. What the hell was I thinking????
