Possible Lincoln Meet 11 March 2006 who's interested?

There is a FanFilm premiering in Lincoln on 11/03/06 that has been made by our very own Halibut.

This would be a one day meet but it may also give us a chance to meet some of our Midland bretheren as Lincoln is sort of central for the two chapters.

If anyone else is interested in watching The Emperor's New Clones (TENCLO) then feel free to post below.

We'll use this thread to confirm details as more information becomes available.

I think if anyone from the north easten area wants to go we should ither all get the train or book a mini bus there and back making a day of it .

it sounds like fun . but more details are needed !!

 

It's 4 months away, so details are few at the moment. After Christmas, things will start to roll forward quite nicely.

It will certainly be a night to remember though, and it raises money for charity, so you can all feel good about yourselves

Well, I'll be your first special guest. hough i warn you that if i have them by then i'll be in Jedi Robes.

 

But a black tie won't go with my robes. I'm gettin the Anikin ones, twould be too much methinks.

 

You can't come in costume LOL! But you can bring it and change after the film during the drinking party

The premiere's on an RAF base, and we'll give strict instructions to the guys with GUNS not to let any Jedi in.

//waits for the inevitable "You don't need to see my identification" jokes

 

So you serious about this? I gotta rent a tux? Coz if i do and get there to see Jedi milling about i will kill you on stage. No joke, I'll throttle you. Vader style.

There's a couple of pics there from a former premiere. People all dressed up.

At the Doom Raiders premiere, we had 400 people all dressed up to the nines. We make this as much like a "real" premiere as possible.

The only reason the wife is going is cos she gets to get dolled up LOL.

You don't need to rent a tux if you don't want to, but a suit is needed. Of course, it makes one feel special in a tux. It makes for one hell of an evening!! You've seen the effort gone into the sets. We have to celebrate the film's completion in style!

 

This sounds like fun, count me in!
