You know, thanks to helping out with the NE Region's FanForce Awards slideshow, I've got at least two more pictures of strawbary!

 

After the FanForce Awards you will definately have more. I bought two camera to pop off pictures.

Well I just dropped off my camera to be developed. I know I took a few pictures of her so sometime tomorrow we should be a go. I will post a link to my photobucket account for your viewing pleasure.

 

Strawbary fields forever

 

Bob you did a great job on the slideshow for the awards banquet. I was surprized to see I was the last picture before the tribute to Katie. The whole banquet was laughing rolling. It was good stuff.

 

yes halo did an awesome job on the slideshow it was a big hit. The tribute to katie was great.

And as for terry posting pics.... hmmmm.... its only a 6 hr drive I may have to go back down there and beat his fanny

 

I would first like to say that this is a tribute to the hardest working woman in FanForce hands down. She didn't rest a bit the whole weekend of the awards. The rest of the organization should really look at what Vicky has started here in the North East and really think about doing something like this nationally every year. One big FanForce event.

Now without further rambling here is what the internet has been waiting for....

This first one was me trying to be sneeky and get the shot right off the bat the morning of the con. Vicky was too quick for me though.

There were some technical difficulties to start things off for the banquet but strawbary and her husband deep in thought here got to the bottom of things.

Here is me. Note that it is NOT photoshoped I am very proud of that picture because managing to pose (even in that crappy way) is very difficult when u are so scared you soiled your pants

It's called Scad Diving. It's a free fall(meaning that you don't have a rope tied to your feet) from a height of 60 meters. I dunno if you can do that somewhere else except Greece, but it really was something

Yes u are hanging on a seat, then the ropes that hold the seat are set loose and you just fall all the way down(without the seat) to a net. It's very cool

 

Well indeed you fall all the way down without anything and it is a bit dangerous, but they do make you sign a paper saying that if you don't follow the instructor's orders correctly then it is not their fault if anything happens to you. However it's really simple to maintain your body in a way in which you have nothing to fear. So... It is nice all in all
