Existing 2nd line, or one you make up. Whatever.
From the strangest dream.
I was in the biggest army the world had ever seen.
then i went back to sleep
Got myself a gun
(Love those Seymours, Matt)
Gonna be working for the... chosen one.
Got myself a beer.
(Not the opening lines, I know, but Jim says you can **** my ****}
When I woke up this morning, I heard a disturbing sound. I said, when I woke up this morning I heard a disturbing sound. What I heard was the jingle-jangle of a thousand lost souls. And I'm talking about the souls of all the men and women, departed from this life. Wait a minute, the Lord says the souls of us here on earth is, secret of divine life, they'll not find. Because it's too late... too late yeah, too late for them to ever see again, the light they once chose not to follow, don't be lost when the time comes. For the day of the Lord cometh, out of deep in the night.
That's one hell of a next line.
Not if you're Busta Rhymes.
Ima hit you with a copy of the New York Times.
and found myself dead.
ella ella ella eh eh eh
Excuse me while I kiss this guy.
cause he's hungry and the only way to feed him is to sleep with a man for a little bit of money
Woke up in the morning
Put on my new plastic glove
Served some reheated salisbury steak
With a little slice of love
From troubled dreams,
I found myself transformed in my bed
into a horrible vermin.
I got them apparently I'm in a Kafka novel blues.
Woke up this morning with a wine glass in my hand
Whose wine? What wine? Where the hell did I dine?
Must have been a dream; I don't believe where I've been
Come on... let's do it again
( I'm sticking with Peter Frampton)
Woke up, got out of bed, dragged a comb across my head
Feel 'round for my shoes, you know bout that babe, had them old walkin' blues
and i farted in the face of my lover,
i buried him in the backyard,
right next to crispin hellion glover.
JESUS H. GOD-DANCING CHRIST, I HAVE SEEEEEEEENN THE LIIIIIIIIGHHT!!!
The devil by my side
He went down to Georgia...
