I'm building a Jawa Blaster for my daughter's costume. I'm using a pirate gun as a start. Any suggestions on what I can use for the correct end muzzel would be appreciated.

Handyman, those are some great pics. If you get a chance, you should put those lightsaber pics in photoshop and add the effect in like I did. You guys are awesome!

Here's pics of me (Jedi Knight) and my girlfriend who lovingly accepted the role of my princess Leia. She dressed as Slave Leia for halloween, but won't let me post those pics. I work at an effects studio in Wilmington NC. It is several pieces, and is made out of Foam Rubber. It will be used in a fan film I'm making.

Also, aside from what is already posted on the site, I have completed a second, double-bladed sabre that pics are being developed for, and I am currently on my way towards completing a Blastech E-11 blaster. (The Stormtrooper blaster for those of you who don't know.)

Very nice Sarlacc! A unique color scheme. That's a tough choice on the boots. Not that you want to spend more money, but I think I'd get a grey robe and wear the black boots. It all looks great though!

EDIT: I forgot to ask.. where'd ya get the boots?

 

The black ones came from Sportsmans Guide, for 20.00! The brown ones belong to a friend, he bought them used two years ago for the E1 premier.
I'll take some better shots later, but the gray fabric used on the tunic and tabbards is really interesting.

This was my first *real* attempt at costume making....(some probably remember my help-with-dyeing thread) :~)
The colors didn't come through very well in the pic, but you can get the idea.
