Pot Luck/Movie night

At our last meeting we all discussed having a pot luck/movie get together at Todd's house. For the first get together it was requested that it be adults only. I understand that for those of you with younglings that it might be an inconvience, but were working on the details for future events so please bear with me....

We finally got the dates and times ironed out:

Todds House 7-7:30
Saturday April 2nd

This will be the night of our meeting. I wanted to try and get a definite of who's coming and who's bringing what at the meeting so every ones on the same page.Also give directions for who ever needs them. Please let me know if you have any questions, Hope to see you there!

Count me out as well. I have a previous commitment that night.

I gather that this is taking the place of our April meeting then?

 

can't make it either that day I am on shift.
I have lots of news from my friend in San Antonio fan force. I will iron things out and let sunshine know.

 

Well it looks like not too many people will be able to make it! The meeting will still be held as usuall, the event is scheduled for afterward.

 

If we are still having the meeting, I may be able to make that before having to go home and get ready for the evening. *S*

 

The meet is still scheduled for the pub at the usual time and day.

Well, unless we have a better night everyone would like to do the potluck.

Doing it on the same day as the WALMART release and the meeting might not be such a good idea.

We should rethink the potluck date...
