Meeting to go over everything for Comic-Con: Setup, supplies, table volunteers, activities, and more...

Anyone who is attending SDCC, and is planning or just thinking of volunteering at the SDFF table (even for an hour or two a day—a good place to rest after a long day of walking, and have fun with other people and other star wars fans) is strongly encouraged to attend this meeting.

Even if you're not attending, and have ideas, please come to the meeting.

Our table - MZ22 - is next to the Mando Mercs (MZ-19), 501st Legion (MZ-20), and the Rebel Legion (MZ-21) - link.

It will be easier to plan a bit ahead then at the con with all the crazy stuff going on.

 

does someone want to take the locker of booth stuff from me at the meeting for wednesday set up?
