Buff, NY Pre-SWN Meeting. May 24

    We will be meeting promptly at 6 pm on Saturday May 24 before we move to our scheduled rehearsal at Coca Cola Field.

    Members can enter the ballpark through the service ramp near right field.

    We will keep this brief but tend to the final planning details for SWN. New members who plan to help at SWN, but have never been to SWN are highly encouraged to attend.

    Everyone can get a sneak peek at the post game presentation...

    As it turns out, Jonathan's Travel baseball tryout was extended to that Sat at the same time. AJ will not be able to attend the meeting. I will still be there.

    Meeting Update:

    The meeting will be brief (15-20 minutes) as we have to take advantage of the remaining time to rehearse for our performance. Please send me any final questions you may have so that I can have the answers available for you.

    We have been advised that we cannot park in the lot directly behind the ballpark as it will be in the process of resurfacing it this weekend. Please use one of the other available lots nearby and carpool if you can.

    We will begin promptly at 6pm so that we can tie up the loose ends and begin practicing.

    The weather may keep us off the field and practicing indoors. Please be cautious of the blades being swung around.
