Just noticed the post above mine Hal.

Watched the teaser trailer. Got to say it looks amazing! That set and costumes are so realistic it's unbeleivable. Much better than the other teaser trailer i've seen today, Superman Returns.

Not been too easy. I think Lawro has made some crucial errors. Man City beating Blackburn? Blackburn are playing brilliantly at the moment. Man City are lacklustre at best.

Wigan have conceded fewer goals than anyone else in the premiership, and Arsenal haven't won in their last 6 away games.

I don't think he'll do well this week.

Hal, can Jon, or anyone for that matter, still predict a first goalscorer for a 0-0 prediction - just in case there is a goal?

Erm, I'm gonna say no on that one. The idea is to get the score AND the first scorer correct, as if you were making a bet in a bookies. You can't win if you predict 0-0 AND a first scorer.

WHY CAN'T CROUCH JUST ******* SCORE!!!!!!!!!!
For those who don't know what happened he took a penalty and the keeper saved it and Zenden luckily put in the rebound. I really feel sorry for Crouchy, he just can't seem to score, his confidence is slowly slipping away every time he plays and doesn't score.

I think I'm gunna track down the Real Betis keeper and bribe him to let Crouch score on Wednesday, once Crouch gets a goal that will kick start his Liverpool goal record.

Everyone keeps saying that. I just don' think it's true. He's not good enough. he'll get one goal (some day) and then everyone will say he's proved his critics wrong (wrong - you have to perform consistently to do that). Then he'll go on for six months living off of the back of one goal. But eventually, his general rubbishness will reassert itself and he'll be a laughing stock again.

£7million is far too much to pay for someone who can cause a little bit of bother in opposition defenses (occasionally). If you're looking for how a tall player should perform in the Premiership... the Duncan Ferguson of six or seven years ago is the place to look.

He was banging them in left, right and centre for Southampton. He has proved he is good enough to score in the premiership and he got 16 goals for Southampton and he was only a regualar in the team from January. I don't know why people say he was a waste of money for doing that when Rooney scored a few goals for Everton, then Man U payed a ridiculous amount of money for him. Now don't get me wrong, Rooney is along way above Crouch but its not like we payed 7 million for someone who hasn't scored a few.
