the cost is $23 per person. it $18 per person for groups of 25 or more. if we all bring friends and family maybe we could get this rate? *arches a brow*

The date would actually be Oct 19th.

    so it would be:

    Date: Oct 19th
Time: Probably same as always, unless for some reason we need to be there earlier.
Cost: $23/person, unless we can get 25+ people to go then its $18

Sorry Dave but I had to. :D

Well does that remove davey from the official meet organizer seeing as how his first attempt at it failed miserably being about a month off?

This should be most ineteresting. From reading all other meet posts, people can't make it when it's in Boston and have access to public transport. How is everyone getting to Carver?
If you can't buy tickets early, you may want to get there about 30-45 minutes before it opens, from past experience...

yeah the line does get long...but i've never encountered the problem of them selling out like with the duck tour

"this hospital admitted a dyslexic agnostic.....he stayed up all night wondering if there really was a dog" - our wonderfully corny tour driver

Funny, Ed. I've done fairly good on all the other meets. Its not like this is the first meet I've planned.

Looks like everything is all set.
I don't think that place can get sold out. Don't worry about tickets.

As long as there are tickets, we are good to GO. :)

I don't think there is a limit on tickets due to the fact that KRF is outside.
    We'll get in fine.

Date: Oct. 19th(I got it right this time!!! :p )
Time/place: 12pm Main entrance a little outside where there are lines for tickets so we can identify each other.

Is the Faire still open on the 19th? I thought they closed up around Columbus Day?

    eric ~

2002 Dates: Weekends beginning Aug. 31 thru Oct. 20 - Including Labor Day and Columbus Day Mondays!

we'd just be making it on the 19th :)

would it be outrageous to suggest pushing it up a week? i've never been at the tail end of the faire, do the performers get lazy then? :p

Its okay here as well. But wouldn't there be cool stuff at the end of the Faire? Perhaps some special events? is there a list of events and dates at the website?

we must see the joust, i insist!!

EDIT: ah wait it looks like Tuey the Ropewalker will be performing 10/6 - 10/21

Attention all Rebels! Notice the date change.

And now for something completly different- I love the Turkey drumsticks at KRF! They are probably my favorite thing to eat.
