Preperations for (the Randalph showing of) Ep. II (Meet #12)

What's everyone's opinions on 3:40?

 

Could we make it 4:10? Just for my sake so I can get there?

 

As of 8 PM tonight Randolph still does not know if they are getting Epiosode 2 in DLP. I did speak with the manager of the entire theater, he stated that once the Corporate Office is aware that theaters in the Boston area are having midnight shows they will have one in Randolph.

 

If I can get a ride, I could go!
I can meet somebody at any T stop.

Please...?

 

Since it listed on the Star Wars site that the Randolph theater will have it in DLP, I would be willing to bet that they get it. We just need to find out the times for the DLP showing, since it is a Saturday afternoon show, I am sure we can get tix sometime next week, since most theaters that you check, the shows that are sold out already for the first few days, are the night shows, and a few first shows.

 

4:10 seems okay with me, Will. But isn't the point of going to Randalph to see it in digital?

 

THe point was to see those going to the midnight show there rather than Boston. But Boston seems to have failed us.

 

I spoke with the Manager again and he said they will have a decision on the DLP theater on Friday. I will be there Friday to find out what's going on.

I just called, still no word, this is getting very annoying!

 

I checked as well. The Manager is getting very upset. He says that Lucasfilm is screwing them up.

4:10 Seems to be the magic time.

 

I'm new on these boards, but after seeing shows slowly get sold out at Randolph I secured tickets for the 4:10 show. If they do finally get around to setting up digital screenings I'll certainly try to get tickets for one. Don't think I'll be too upset if I "have" to see it twice in one day. (I did it with Spider-Man!)

I don't think that the tickets will be sold out on Saturday, but I guess you guys will figure that out at the Meet.

 

Showing up and trying to buy them that day might be risky - what if they're sold out? Randolph is over an hour and a half away for me, and I'm gonna be pissed if I drive that far and they're sold out.

I think one of two things should be done - (1) either have one person get tickets for all of us, and have us reimburse him/her, or (2) everyone is on their own as far as tickets go.
