    OLD NEWS:
    On April 30th, 1999, producer Rick McCallum said Lucas would "unquestionably" be directing Episode Three.

    With James Earl Jones confirming Lucas' request, Vader may be the only image of Anakin we see in this film.

    Lucas said in a March 2nd, 1997 BBC Radio One interview that the third film will be the darkest of the prequels.

    DO WE HAVE NEW NEWS?

    I remember an interview with Lucas a few months ago where he said Anakin would be Anakin for most of the movie, not Vader. =\
