PT Prequel references in the new EU

With the Rogue One hype, once again there is much prequel bashing and discussion of the material from the original trilogy. I'm even seeing people happy that the concept of the Death Star designed by the Geonosians was retconned in Rogue One (it wasn't). I'm making this thread for us prequel fans to gather and discuss prequel references made in all the new Star Wars stories, movies, spin-offs, and such. Now, of course shows like Rebels are built off prequel characters. What I mean by references are things like Kylo Ren's mention of clones or Anikan's pod racing flag. Anyone have screenshots and links to share?
