So does anyone have any ideas of what the Neimodians, Gungans, Geonosians, and the rest that were major players during the prequel era what was their fate after the the ponc-gavrisom treaty(Legends timeline) into the legacy era? The muuns?

Do any of them have a major role? Or any significant mention?

From what I read some of them were retconed into being crushed by the Vong, for example the muuns.
And most Genosians were enslaved by the empire in the early stages of the death stars creation. I guess most of them died as the empire later brought the wookiees in as the main work force at the death star.

Weren´t the Gungans mostly killed by an empire bioweapon?

Naboo is still around by Krayt's time so I wouldn't think so.

Naboo wasn´t destroyed, the humans there were unaffected. If I remeber correctly the empire tried to create a bioweapon that would kill non humans but spare humans.

Well from what I read the trade federation continued to exsist and kind of coporated with the empire.
So like the Muun or Umbarans the Neimodians probably were accepted alien races within the Empire.

I thought the trade federation was nationalized and its assets confiscated.

Muunilist was, and currently is, apart of the Empire. With the Empire's pro-alien policies, I imagine the Muuns play in integral role in the Empire's financial system.

Pro-alien? Even in the new canon there's some anti-alien Imperial propaganda, and probably a certain amount of policy as well (reclassifying Wookiees as nonsapient for example).

That said, I could see Muuns being treated to a similar way to Legends - the Empire trying to establish control over the government - but leaving individual businesses alone:

Lol, I was talking about the current Empire, under the Fel Monarchy.

The Felpire was very different in policy and composition then Palpatine's empire. The prequel pro-separatist aliens surely would have had a less than purely accommodating attitude to the new republic.
