PT Prequel Trilogy love - the prequels were great

I decided it would be a cool thread idea if I composed a list of celebrities, music artists of all genres, directors, actors, etc. who have publically stated their love for the prequels. Please if any others, I'd like to know. Of course, with evidence. The 4 I'm aware of are posted in the OP. Thanks.

Might be a bit off topic, but did any of the new actors (Boyega, Ridley, Isaac, Lupita) mention the prequels in any of their recent interviews? (I saw what Driver said though...)

Even more impressive since he was dealing with an interviewer who had to find every reason to take pot-shots at George and the PT.

Also, don't forget Kyle Newman, director of Fanboys and the newly-released Barely Lethal. He is constantly defending the PT over Twitter.

I'd change the title. Saying the pt is great is nothing to "admit." A majority of people liked them.

What else has Rian Johnson said besides there was 'something beautiful' about them? That's not the same as saying he actually thought they were good movies.

Yeah. I've heard he said some things that imply he isn't a very big advocate of the films. I'm pretty sure he said "Hell yeah!" in response to a question if TFA was better than the prequels.

 

I think Ron Howard liked TPM.
Coppola said ROTS was good (and I don't think he liked the originals).
Kevin Smith (although he might have changed his mind)

Oh yes, ESB is always at the top, damn overrated movie it is (sorry for this, ignore me, but I always get mad when someone says ESB is the best..)

Of course he does not, he worked on a film made for prequel hater.
