I heard the Imperial March twice during hockey.

Zero. They were playing it over the arena speakers. Once during the gold medal game, and once during the Germany game. I know I heard it.

Interesting sidenote: There is a movement in my grad class to make the Imperial March our grad song.

 

The Imperial song... meh, why not...

 

Man...having the Imperial March as your grad class song would rule! I have a friend who's grad song was my favourite song of all time: Every New Day by Five Iron Frenzy.

 

We vote on the grad song tomorrow. I'll let you know how it goes.

And just to confirm, yes they did play the imperial anthem during hockey games.. and remember, it's john Williams who composed call of the champions, the music you would hear right before the medals distribution.

 

Um... I didn't go to school today, so I don't know if the Imp March will be the grad song or not.
