I know she has scoliosis. Meltzer did say the WWE discussed the spot in the match, to see if Sasha targeted the spine/joint (which is banned in wrestling, MMA).

I think it is a misunderstanding. WWE declared it was a stinger and put Paige on rest; named sources, at the start of the week, repeated the claim. When Daniel was forced to retire, there were named people confirming it before the announcement.

But, that being said, Paige probably a few more years left in her career. She has been wrestling since 13, and has scoliosis, and her body is badly beaten up from the indies.

 

Still no word from WWE about Paige.

Unfortunate for her if that's the end of her in-ring career.

She's young & has made some emotionally-driven decisions in recent times, plus the whole sex tape thing didn't help.

But wrestling is what she knows, what her family knows. Not sure what else she'd do.

 

Most adults are capable of ignoring sex tapes, Richie. If you can't, maybe you should stop goolging them?

Which is the point, she's had a lot to deal with including the publicity & stress related to having to talk about that instead of important things.

 

I think all the crap with Del Rio/El Patron hurt her far more than the sex tape did. Most people forgot about the sex tape after a few weeks, her relationship with Del Rio/El Patron likely caused her prolonged career damage. Mostly because of Del Rio/El Patron.

This official WWE video mentions, directly, the origin of the Bullet Club in NJPW and why it is linked to Balor Club. Vince would need permission from NJPW to do this. You know, you don't go to all this length to turn Balor Club into a meaningless thing.

 

Sheamus career could be coming to an end. Has the same spinal problem, which ended Edge's and Austins careers and WWE put him into the tag division to protect Sheamus from taking too many bumps.

WWE Warehouse is something I want to visit. It is meant to be an Aladdin's cave of wonderful wresting stuff from WWE yesteryear.

 

FOX are rumoured to (potentially) offer $400 million per year for WWE TV rights.

 

Which I assume they have no intention of doing. Buy the rights then eventually just buy the company.

 

This all rest on whether or not FOX gets UFC TV rights. IF they do, they'll lose interest in WWE.

 

Maybe their not getting UFC back. Maybe that's why their going so hard on WWE.
