Problem w/ banner

I don't know if the new banner has been uploaded yet or not, but it doesn't appear to want to load. Also, I'm noticing the old banner (the one w/ the A-wing in the corner and the sports team logos down the side) still appearing on the new topic editing page.

There have been lots of problems on the boards lately. The banner comes and goes for me. And yes, I know that the old banner is on the edit page. I don't know why our new banner hasn't been loaded yet, the proper people have the files. I'll work with Meriwyn on resolving that issue soon.
