Problem with my DSL

    I got my dsl fairly recently and I havent had many problems. Now all the sudden though I cant get online at all and its been like that for a week. The modems lights are all on and solid like it's supposed to be but I cant connect to the internet?Im on another computer right now even.

    Ah, that happened to me awhile ago. I just rebooted my computer everytime, and it'd work for about an hour, then I called customer support and they said they'd do something about it, and now it works.

    thx aragorn. As far as bellsouths customer support it really depends on what kind of tech you end up talking to. I always get the lazy ones who dont know what they are doing. So far DSL'S been a mixed bag.
