ALright acording to the Jedi Apprentice SPecial Edition #1 it says that this was Anakins first mission and it takes place 3 and 1/2 years after TPM. Rogue planet takes place just 3 years after TPM. It seems to me that JA should come before Rogue, however in Rogue Obiwan says how he is unsure of dealing with Anakin all by himself for the first time and in JA Anakin has a training Saber, in Rogue he has no saber. If you are not too confused can somebody please reply.

JA are childrens books, they don't always tend to do the appropriate research.

Chissdude is right. The Jedi Apprentice books are written for a "younger audience" (even though I'll admit I've read many of them). Therefore they probably do not care to get every little detail right.

Actually the fault comes from jude watson, who has said she doesn't care to do research, she just wants to write a story. Most of the fixes are applied by the editors, but some get by ocasionally.

No it can be fixed, if problem there really is...

But since I haven't read either of them - but know about this problem, though - I'll let others handle the explanation...

    EDIT : Problem, there is...
