Program to combine .bmp into movies?

I got a bunch of BMPs that I rendered, and I forgot the name of the *free* program that will assemble them at whatever fps you want into an uncompressed avi or mpeg file.

Does anyone remember its name? thanks

 

WinMorph will probably do it for you. Maybe even Axagon or Zwei-Stein.

There are some good gif animation programs.
Gif Movie Gear is a good one. I don´t know if it´s free but if you try a google search you´ll find something. You can open your images in the program and save them as an avi. but there´re many other programs that do the same. search for gif animations or something like that and you´ll find what you need!
