Ah! Try http://www.501st.com/ then look at the top menu for "costume resources," then look at Bounty Hunter. That should get you started.

At Slave Leia we saw at Celebration was better than that. She had every detail perfect. But yeah, that guy... it's funny, but it's also the stuff of nightmares.
