yes, she is very wise. definitely try Walmart and Target, Tim. Maybe you can get those cheap galoshes.

 

For those working on a brown Jedi costume, I found a great brown faux leather belt at the Target at Potomac Yards. It's a nice wide one, that attaches in front with two thin straps and two little silver buckles. No luck finding it in black, and the drawback is the sizes - mostly smalls and mediums, which won't go over the many layers of shirts easily. Anyhoo, keep checking your local Target if you're in a belt quandry.
