Eight films in you do wonder how much longer they can keep the "OMG Star Wars stuff!" marketing going. They should feature a Golden Retriever in Episode IX and be all like "this was on set for real!"

 

Funny that you should mention that, Ezekiel. I heard through the grapevine that the original owner of said rascally retriever happens to be none other than Gary Kurtz. Real times call for real dogs for real Star Wars movies; heck, if Rick McCallum had his druthers, the beast would be nothing more than a tennis ball and a green screen.

In all seriousness, though, I do hope Rogue One turns out well. I dig living in a world that has non-J.J. Abrams-directed Star Wars movies, Christmas, and brawls pitting man against kangaroo.

Not everything is darkness and Trump...er, I mean...despair.
