Purple Lightsabers

Sigh....

In Star Wars FILMS the only Jedi who has a purple lightsaber, the only Jedi to use one is Mace Windu.
The OFFICIAL reason is because Sam Jackson asked Lucas for one and Lucas didnt want to do it as the only colours were Blue, Green and Red. One day Lucas called Sam Jackson to a monitor and showed him Mace with a purple saber and granted Sam Jacksons wish. Lucas HIMSELF has said that ALL other Jedi either use Green or Blue. JUST green or blue. And the Sith use RED.

3 Colours. Blue, Green and Red for the bad guys.

NOW - In EU you can have pink, blue, violet, red, crimson, orange, yellow etc etc etc etc. You can argue all day long about who has what colours. Simple facts are that 100% cannon is the films, and that in the FILMS the ONLY Jedi to use Purple is Mace. NO OTHERS use Purple. He is the ONLY one.

This bickering is pointless.........when will people learn the difference between EU and Cannon. This thread should be in the EU forum NOT the prequels forum.

 

Don't bait the completists. I will not have another canon war in the forums.
