Pyromaniac's Love Story ~ Pure Irony

I just finished watching this movie. It was brilliant. The film displayed such pure irony. In one situation, Sergio was being kissed by Stefanie, while Garret was falling in love with Hadie (or Hattie), while the entire time Sergio was doing what he did for Hadie. The film was greatly composed and at each turn, you're wondering what will happen next. Of course, sometimes you wanted to reach out and smack the characters to tell them to be smart.

So, my question is:
How did the irony and the way this film was put together make you feel? Did you want to yell in each person's ear and tell them what was going on like myself?
