Picked it like a dirty nose!
Just when a possible podium was up for grabs too...:_|
I tells ya, this two races/engine thing sucks bollocks.[face_not_talking]

    FRAILTY!!! Thy name is Williams!

    Poor Mark...
He was leading the fraking race!
    Why!:_|

Was very sad to watch Mark stop like that.

    Very cool race though!

    Murray in his classic style.
JPM: 2 oopsies on the same corner... [face_shame_on_you] If Alonso wasn't in a Renault I'd say step aside JPM and give the seat to him already!
Aww Button... almost feel sad for you. Rubens...uh, what's the go? Can we paint his Honda Red and see if it helps?
Fernando, w.t.frak was that "kangaroo" impression?
Massa, you'd have not been pinned by Klien and Rosberg if you'd have not crashed in Qualifying.
Schuey: Michelin dropping out in Indy again this year won't give you a victory...Williams has Scuderia's number so far, Toyota too now.

Those restricted V10s are still quick! No Tyre limits... see how good it could be if there was easing of the tech limits? Now just give us an easing in the engine rule and I'll be a happy viewer...

    San Marino Gp '06...

    The ledger is now 1-all.
Alonso couldn't pass at Imola either.

Aussie Mark came a creditable 6th, whilst his team-mate Rosberg struggled.

Interesting to see how the Schumi's engine fares in it's second cycle at the Nurburgring. Ferrari are known for dialling their engines up for the 'home' races, so I'll be surprised if they're reliable in the next race. I'm also happy that Jenson 'It's never my fault' Button had yet another shocker. Qualifying 2nd with a light car, but being ultimately a let down by his(albeit unlucky) 7th in the race.

And the Broncs got up 30-6 against Penrith... WooHoo!

Bronc report... Got away with a close one this week.
Winning's winning, as the saying goes.

Shame for Australia's Casey Stoner in the MotoGP.
Just pipped at the post by Marco Melandri in Turkey,
but his learning curve this year has been exponential.
Amazing to be one of the title contenders in his first year.

"Atko" actually went well in Mexico. Onya mate!

Rallying news: The Qld round of the ARC is having its base of operations moved to Twin Waters, north of Maroochydore (Instead of Caloundra/Imbil), as a test run for QUEENSLAND GETTING THE WRC Round from Western Australia.

we're having a world cup sweep. I got japan. One of the brains trust loudly proclaimed as she dug her monkey claw into the sweep box 'I'll probably get some bodgy country like Istanbul'. Riiiiiiight. (she got trinidad and tobago)

    Japan are a tough side...
Great defensive structure, and considerable flair in attack.

Their weakness however, comes in a very literal sense...
their players are smaller, and are outmatched in physical/header situations.

There will be 16 teams next year, my tip for the Titans will be to lose in the first round of playoffs, so 7th or 8th.

    Where's that "fingers crossed" smiley?

Believe it or not, but I actually tipped a 30-0 shut-out about five minutes after Thruston kicked the penalty goal. I was three minutes off being right on that. [face_dancing]

Mal must have walked into the locker room before the game with the bloodstained bib and a feral grin to inspire such magnificence on the field. :D

Did you see what they did to Wally's statue???

That woulda been enough to make me wanna tear a NSW-man limb from limb had I been playing.

Qld played like men posessed... it was like the good ole days of Mal and Wally, and Gene, and them.=D=

I heard what they did to Wally's statue. Didn't see it though. It was kinda dark at the time.

The rumours say that it was done by a Queensland supporter to fire everyone up.

I think it was a NSW fan myself.

NSW were pathetic. Looked like they couldn't have played worse if they tried; and from some of the mistakes, I could almost believe they were trying![face_not_talking]

RE: Wally, I've said from the offset that I reckon it was a QLDer.
