Powerboards I can supply. Have lots I do. I'll make arrangements to get them there if I can't be there early.

Not much help in the way of more advanced tech here, so I'll have to leave that to those more knowledgable...

I'm assuming that everyone keen on coming has already registered their interest, and as the de facto organiser of this, I'm making regular posts like my previous one that give updates on the situation as a whole, to keep everyone appraised. I feel like starting a new thread would just be spam. Perhaps the thread title can be changed to reflect the latest info, if people would prefer.

I have no problems with chipping in for a hub, and if things go my way I should be going to Umart next thursday so I could pick it up then.

Well, i may have access to a 8 port Gigabit Switch or a 16 port 10/100 switch. I can't get both sorry. But i should be able to borrow it from a mate and bring it along for our lanning needs. BBN, what would you suggest? I gotta check with my mate if we can borrow it...

 

Get the gigabit, if at all possible, Zerebin. 8 ports is ideal, and the extra speed will be of great help. If you could wrangle that, it would be great, thanks.
