    (possible spoiler if you currently or plan on reading Star wars Novel Darth Maul shadow hunter)I have just read this book, and if anyone knows the answer please let me know. How do the jedi find out about the information about that invasion on naboo from the trade federation if Darth Maul killed everyone who knew about it? probally a part I missed while reading.

    They don't know of the invasion.
    They just get to know of the blockade (the communications of Naboo hadn't been jammed by then, so they could know that there are core ships over that planet).
