Question about the Eviction Pass

I had thought this was the rule as posted by Tracy,

"If you want to use your evition pass you MUST let me know by 9pm sunday night, when your votes are due.

ALso, I realize this might have messed up your strategies, as a few of you have already voted. SO! If you wish to change your vote, you have until 9pm sunday night to let me know, and it will be changed with no problems whatsoever."

Things get confusing because our rules for the games are in constant flux.

So I'm going to ask this question, when did PK ask for the eviction pass. Was it before 9pm sunday?

Now it seems like everyone can use the eviction passes again. So it seems like that rule is now changed.

I am just a bit confused.

Yes, PK asked for the eviction pass before 9pm sunday.

You could have just posted this in the Eviction Pass thread, you know. One of the many already.
