Chic, IL Question: Battle Droid in Ep III?

I'm really adverse to spoilers, so I don't want to know about anything other than this:

Are the regular Battle Droids in Episode I and II in Ep III?

The droid I'm talking about is the same one as my avatar

In Ep II, they had those "upgraded" grey Battle Droids, plus the Destroyer droids with the regular Battle Droids, so I was curious if they'd even be in Ep III.

Thanks! Hopefully someone knows. I'll have a new toy to show you guys soon that I'm very excited about.

Mike, are you sure the droids are in III? or is that a guess? But I agree, they're clumsy.. but they've got a really nice design I found lacking in the upgraded gray (mean) ones. :lol you know how they pushed the little droids around? never learned to play nicely... tsk tsk.

anyway, currently selecting paints.... toy done soon.. by next week..

edit: oh yeah, if you guys were to make a figure of the battle droid I'm talking about, which ones would you do? As in, the normal tan ones, the commanding ones with the yellow/orange heads, or "other" that I'm forgetting?... you know, purely hypothetical....

 

er, let me rephrase that.

If you had a Battle Droid, what color pattern would you want it painted as?

a) Episode I inside the Federation ship normal (maroon shoulders/chest)
b) Ep I inside Fed ship leader (yellow head/dot on chest)
c) Ep I invasion fleet (all tan w/weathering)
d) Ep I invasion fleet leader (with yellow head/dot)

e) Ep II arena normal (all maroon w/weathering)
f) Ep II arena leader (all maron w/yellow head and dot on chest)
