Question: No Money / Your a Slave

    The text on "Your a Slave" reads:
    Flip this card uf Watto not present at Watto's Junkyard, or you do Not Occupy Mos Espa.

    Our problem is as follows:

    I wipe out either Watto, or the Population at Mos Espa, but not both. My brother says that the card will not flip, but I say that it will. Which of us is right?

    NEED RULING PLEASE!

    If Watto is not at the Junkyard or if DS doesn't occupy Mos Espa, it flips back to the 0 side.

    If DS does not occupy Mos Espa, it flips.

    The "or" means either one. If it were both, the card would say "and".
